I usually love Dola Hair. I have been ordering from them for this company for about 5 years. This is the second time I purchased this wig, it was great the first time last year, the second time I ordered the wig, I noticed 2 different textures were used when the wig was constructed. The top half of the wig was the kinky straight texture as ordered but the bottom half was a natural wave texture that was over processed and hard to bleach with 40 volume developer despite the description. It took about 12 hours to lift it to a color 2 or 4. The wig was also thinner than the first wig I received sadly. I can see the tracks. I tried reaching out to the company many ways (the email on the website, and how I reached the company last time) but received no reply. Dola Hair is usually not like this but I am hoping this time is just an isolated incident or they’ll lose me as a loyal customer. The textures and color different are visible and will be shown in pictures. The kinky texture has this brassy shine/finish to it and the natural wave texture has a matte finish.

haven't worn it yet but it is so full and feels amazing.. i order a small but it seems as if my head is extremely small. i cut out a few tracks and fixed her up... and i love the bonus gift that came with it.

The wig is full body. It is light weight and the texture is super soft. The length I purchased it 14" and a small. Shipping was fast. I received free gifts including wig cap, baby hair brush/hair, compactable hair brush and the hair wax stick. The price was heavily discounted. The hair is excellent quality, I was highly impressed it looks exactly like how it looks in the pictures. Blends in excellent with my own hair received compliments all day. Quick and easy to style. Good amount of combs in the top and around the sides would have liked another at the bottom to make it tighter maybe I did not fix the strap properly. I will be purchasing another wig due to the quality of the unit and the company communication which is excellent.
